2018-2026-lincoln-navigator-transfer-case-skid-plate
2018-2026 Lincoln Navigator Transfer Case Skid Plate

Protect the transfer case on 4x4 Navigators with 1/4" aluminum.

The transfer case sends power to the front axle. On the Navigator it sits below the frame rails in the middle of the vehicle, which is where a rock or a high center on a rutted road hits first. A cracked transfer case housing can leave you stuck in 2WD or waiting on a tow. This plate covers it.

The Navigator is built on the same chassis as the Ford Expedition, so these plates bolt to the same factory mounting points and install the same way.

Steel skid plates start to rust wherever they get scratched, and road salt speeds that up. Ours are 1/4" 5052 aluminum, so there is nothing to rust. Every plate is CNC plasma-cut, press-brake formed and powder-coated black in our Wheat Ridge, Colorado shop.

Specs

Full 1/4" aluminum plate — lighter than steel, no rust, ever

Powder-coated black for abrasion resistance

Bolt-on installation using factory mounting points — no drilling, no modifications

All hardware included

Designed, cut, and finished in Colorado — 100% made in USA

Limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty

✅ Will this fit your Navigator?

Fits the 2018-2026 Lincoln Navigator and Navigator L (4x4 models).

⚠️ Will not fit vehicles with a 4"+ lift — aftermarket drop brackets and crossmembers interfere with factory mounting points.

🚚 Free shipping (lower 48).
