This Gen 13 Ford F-150 came into Juggernaut USA in Wheat Ridge (Denver), CO because the owner wanted a better ride. It was sitting on a puck (spacer) lift, which does the job of raising the nose but does nothing for how the truck rides. We pulled the puck, installed Fox 2-inch leveling coilovers, and finished it on 17-inch Raptor take-off wheels wrapped in 35-inch BF Goodrich All-Terrain KO2s.

Why we pulled the puck lift for Fox coilovers
This is the whole point of the build. A puck lift is a spacer that sits on top of the factory strut — it raises the nose, but it keeps the stock shock and, worse, it lets the strut over-extend on droop. That excessive down-travel means the strut is doing a job it was not designed for, topping out at full extension instead of being controlled. A Fox leveling coilover replaces the strut entirely with a purpose-built, properly valved unit set for the lift height. Two things change: the ride gets noticeably nicer, and the suspension travel is controlled the way it should be, so nothing is over-extending. On a truck the owner drives every day, that is the difference between a lift that looks right and a lift that also feels right and lasts.
35s on a 2-inch level: the Raptor wheels help
This F-150 runs 35-inch BF Goodrich KO2s on 17-inch Ford Raptor take-off wheels over the 2-inch Fox level. The Raptor wheels are part of what makes that work — their offset pushes the tire outboard, which buys clearance a standard F-150 wheel would not. Raptor take-offs are also one of the best value wheel swaps on a Gen 13 F-150: they are a genuine Ford off-road wheel, they clear the brakes, and they look the part without aftermarket-wheel money.
How it drives
Better, which is exactly what the owner came in for. The Fox coilovers took the harshness out of the puck-lift ride and gave the truck controlled, planted suspension travel. It sits level, clears the 35s, and drives like the lift was engineered instead of spaced.
