Refund policy

Effective: May 12, 2026

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How refunds are calculated

Approved refunds are issued for the product cost only, minus a 3% restocking fee.

The following are not refunded:

  • Original shipping charges — non-refundable in all cases
  • Return shipping costs — the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our shop. We do not provide return labels or cover return freight.

How to start a return

Email sales@juggernautusa.com to request a return. If approved, we'll send you our shop address and return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at the sender's expense.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the issue is our fault (wrong item shipped, defect, shipping damage), we will cover the cost of replacement and any return shipping, and no restocking fee will apply.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund process

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you to let you know whether it was approved.

If approved, your refund — product cost minus the 3% restocking fee — will be issued to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
