Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a lift kit for my van?

Not necessarily. Many van owners start with Stage 1 comfort upgrades — better shocks, sway bars, and bump stops — without adding any lift height. A lift makes sense if you want increased ground clearance for off-road use or need additional payload support. We'll recommend the right stage for your actual use case.

Will a suspension upgrade void my van warranty?

Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a dealer cannot void your entire warranty simply because of an aftermarket part. They can only deny coverage for a specific failure they can prove was directly caused by the aftermarket part. We use quality, purpose-built components to minimize any risk.

Do you work on converted vans?

Yes — and we specialize in it. We work carefully around existing builds, electrical systems, cabinetry, and roof fixtures. We've upgraded hundreds of converted vans including Winnebago Revel, Storyteller MODE, Thor Sanctuary, and fully custom DIY builds.
