Build your van for Colorado

The Mercedes Sprinter is the premium van platform — the one serious camper builders start with — and it rewards a proper suspension build more than any van out there. On its factory setup a tall, loaded Sprinter or Revel wallows and gets shoved around by crosswind on the highway, so you're constantly correcting just to hold your lane. Done right, it settles down, tracks straight, and turns a white-knuckle drive into a relaxed one — and that transformation is what most owners are really after, whether they daily a cargo van or live out of a Revel.

Which Sprinter you have changes the build. A 2WD needs the ride and stability fixed; an AWD or 4x4 is a genuine off-pavement platform that rewards a full system and the clearance to use it. A cargo van and a fully-built Revel carry very different weight, so we match the spring rate and shock valving to how yours is loaded — a van that rides great empty and sags full is specced wrong. Bring your own kit or your van builder's, and we'll install it right; either way it ends with an alignment and a loaded road test.

Every job includes

  • Van Compass or Agile system matched to your Sprinter
  • Falcon shocks and springs for the ride
  • Baja-bracket double-shear rear mount on upgraded shocks
  • Load support for a heavy camper build
  • Sprinter skid plates, built in-house
  • Post-install alignment and loaded road test
  • Lifetime warranty on the labor

Sprinter suspension, done to the last detail

The Mercedes Sprinter — 2WD, AWD, and 4x4 — is the premium van platform, and it rewards a proper build. A tall, loaded Sprinter or Revel wallows and gets shoved around by crosswind on the highway; a real system like a Van Compass or Agile setup with Falcon shocks and matched springs transforms it, so the van tracks straight and the drive turns relaxing. On the rear, an upgraded shock must run a Baja-bracket-style mount that puts the top of the shock in double shear — the factory single-shear mount fatigues and cracks under a real valved shock, so this isn't optional on an upgraded-shock build.

We build the whole range — Revel and other campers, AWD and 4x4 conversions, and cargo vans — with the lift, shocks, springs, and load support matched to how you load and drive it, plus Sprinter skid plates we build in-house and the right tires.

Why build your van with us

Ends the Wallow
A Van Compass or Agile system with Falcon shocks settles a tall, loaded Sprinter so it stops leaning and floating and tracks straight.
Crosswind Stability
The right shocks and springs make the van shrug off wind gusts and truck wakes instead of fighting you across the lane.
Baja Bracket Double-Shear
On upgraded rear shocks we install a Baja-bracket mount that puts the top of the shock in double shear — a must, since the factory single-shear mount fatigues and fails under a real valved shock.
Lift & Clearance
2 to 4-inch lifts for the clearance to reach the trailhead, matched to your Sprinter's drivetrain and build weight.
🛡
Sprinter Skids In-House
We build Sprinter engine, transmission, and catalytic-converter skid plates in Colorado and install them alongside a lift.
Lifetime Labor Warranty
Every Sprinter job is backed by our lifetime warranty on the labor.

Denver van owners, in their words

“I relocated to Colorado with my 2022 Sprinter and wanted new shocks, springs, struts, and a lift. After a month of due diligence I called Juggernaut — the finest service experience ever. Jake answered on the third ring, and an hour later I had a detailed quote with two options. The van drives perfectly and looks super rad.”

“I run a high-end custom van shop and needed a partner to install Evictus suspension in our builds. Juggernaut was amazing — we did an Evictus Prerunner kit on a 144 Sprinter plus a big brake kit and wheels. When we hit a compatibility issue, Jake worked hard to get it done right and keep us on our timeline. A no-brainer to work with again.”

“I worked with Matt for over a year to find the right suspension for my Ford E-series camper van — improved ride quality, front-end geometry correction, and more ground clearance. The install was clean and professional, and the transformation in handling and drivability is night and day. They know their stuff and stand behind their work.”
