Build your van for Colorado
The Mercedes Sprinter is the premium van platform — the one serious camper builders start with — and it rewards a proper suspension build more than any van out there. On its factory setup a tall, loaded Sprinter or Revel wallows and gets shoved around by crosswind on the highway, so you're constantly correcting just to hold your lane. Done right, it settles down, tracks straight, and turns a white-knuckle drive into a relaxed one — and that transformation is what most owners are really after, whether they daily a cargo van or live out of a Revel.
Which Sprinter you have changes the build. A 2WD needs the ride and stability fixed; an AWD or 4x4 is a genuine off-pavement platform that rewards a full system and the clearance to use it. A cargo van and a fully-built Revel carry very different weight, so we match the spring rate and shock valving to how yours is loaded — a van that rides great empty and sags full is specced wrong. Bring your own kit or your van builder's, and we'll install it right; either way it ends with an alignment and a loaded road test.

Sprinter suspension, done to the last detail
The Mercedes Sprinter — 2WD, AWD, and 4x4 — is the premium van platform, and it rewards a proper build. A tall, loaded Sprinter or Revel wallows and gets shoved around by crosswind on the highway; a real system like a Van Compass or Agile setup with Falcon shocks and matched springs transforms it, so the van tracks straight and the drive turns relaxing. On the rear, an upgraded shock must run a Baja-bracket-style mount that puts the top of the shock in double shear — the factory single-shear mount fatigues and cracks under a real valved shock, so this isn't optional on an upgraded-shock build.
We build the whole range — Revel and other campers, AWD and 4x4 conversions, and cargo vans — with the lift, shocks, springs, and load support matched to how you load and drive it, plus Sprinter skid plates we build in-house and the right tires.
