Lifetime Structural Warranty

Juggernaut USA proudly backs every product we sell with a lifetime structural warranty for the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to second-hand or resold products. We stand behind the quality and durability of our products — built tough for real-world off-road use.

What's Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the product's ability to perform as intended. If a structural failure occurs under normal use, we'll make it right.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to issues resulting from:

• Improper installation or modification
• Abuse, neglect, or accident
• Corrosion or normal wear and tear
• Off-road impact damage

The warranty does not extend to freight charges, labor or installation costs, incidental or consequential damages, or costs related to vehicle downtime.

How We Handle Claims

Juggernaut USA will repair or replace the product at our sole discretion, and only after we've had the opportunity to receive and inspect the item. Our goal is to resolve every claim quickly and fairly.

6-Month Powder Coat Warranty

We also stand behind our finish quality with a 180-day powder coat warranty covering defects such as peeling, bubbling, or thin coverage — as determined by our inspection team. Please email photos to sales@juggernautusa.com so we can evaluate the issue.

Please note: all powder-coated products are hung by hooks during the coating process and may have minor hook marks. These are cosmetic and are not considered a defect unless the surrounding finish subsequently fails.

Filing a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please send the following to sales@juggernautusa.com within 30 days of discovering the defect:

• A written description of the damage or defect and how it occurred (if applicable)
• Photos of the affected area
• A copy of your original purchase receipt or order confirmation

Once received, our team will inspect the claim against the warranty guidelines above. If approved, Juggernaut USA will repair or replace the product at no additional charge.
