Welcome to Juggernaut USA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the juggernautusa.com website (the "Site"), our products, and our install services. By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Juggernaut USA LLC is a Colorado limited liability company with its principal place of business at 4840 Van Gordon St, Unit 300, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. References to "we," "us," or "Juggernaut" mean Juggernaut USA LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order or use the install bay. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Products & pricing

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time.
  • Prices are shown in USD and do not include shipping, taxes, or duties (see Shipping Policy).
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers without an authorized dealer agreement, or contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

4. Orders & payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send a shipment confirmation email. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

5. Shipping & returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Product use & installation

Our products are designed for specific vehicles and applications listed on each product page. You are responsible for confirming fitment before installation. Improper installation, use on an unlisted vehicle, off-label modification, or use beyond the product's intended purpose voids all warranties and releases Juggernaut from any resulting liability.

Where install instructions are provided, follow them. If you are not comfortable performing the installation, use a qualified shop — or schedule an install at our Wheat Ridge facility.

7. Warranty

Most Juggernaut USA products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the terms published on our Warranty page. The warranty covers original purchasers only and does not cover damage from improper installation, accident, abuse, modification, racing, or off-label use.

8. Install services

Install services performed at our Wheat Ridge facility are subject to a separate service agreement provided at the time of booking. Service work carries a workmanship warranty as described in that agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including logos, product photography, copy, CAD files, design drawings, install videos, and code — is owned by Juggernaut USA LLC or our licensors and is protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of product images for the purpose of evaluating a purchase.

The Juggernaut USA name and logo are trademarks of Juggernaut USA LLC.

10. User-submitted content

If you submit a review, photo, fitment request, or other content to the Site, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and modify that content for any business purpose (including marketing). You represent that the content is yours to submit and does not infringe on anyone else's rights.

11. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
  • Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer Site content or code
  • Resell our products outside an authorized dealer agreement
  • Use our products in racing, demolition derby, or other applications they were not designed for
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when placing an order or contacting us

12. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTY THAT ACCOMPANIES A SPECIFIC PRODUCT.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUGGERNAUT USA LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR ANY PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR VEHICLE DOWNTIME), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages; the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by your local law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juggernaut USA LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your purchase will first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in Jefferson County, Colorado, administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator's decision is final. Each party waives the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

This arbitration clause does not apply to small-claims court actions or to claims for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Material changes will be flagged with a revised "Effective" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
