Where we ship
- United States (all 50 states): UPS Ground
- Canada: DHL, rate calculated at checkout
- Other international: not currently supported — email matt@juggernautusa.com for a custom quote
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Processing time
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days from our Wheat Ridge, CO facility. Made-to-order items and full skid plate packages may take 7–14 business days to fabricate before shipping.
Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM MT, on weekends, or on US federal holidays begin processing the next business day.

All rates are calculated live at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination — no surprise charges after the fact. Large orders may ship in multiple packages; each package has its own tracking number.
Canada — customs, duties & taxes
Canadian orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You are responsible for any import duties, GST/HST/PST, and brokerage fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency at delivery. DHL will contact you to collect these before final delivery.
We declare the full purchase value on the commercial invoice — we cannot mark shipments as "gift" or under-declare value.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you don't receive tracking within 7 business days of ordering, email matt@juggernautusa.com.

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready — typically within 2 business days. Bring a valid photo ID matching the order name.
Damaged shipments
Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing matt@juggernautusa.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved — UPS and DHL both require it for the claim.
We'll replace damaged items or refund at our discretion once the carrier claim is opened.
Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first, then email us within 7 days of the marked-delivered date. We'll open a claim and ship a replacement or refund once it's resolved.
Address changes & refused shipments
Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute it. If your shipment is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost and any reshipment fees. For Canadian orders refused at the border due to unpaid duties, the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
