What a leveling kit does on a GX460
From the factory the GX sits with the front lower than the rear — a rake built in for load carrying. A leveling kit raises the front the small amount it takes to sit level, closing the wheel gap up front and squaring the truck's stance. It is a targeted change: no rear lift, no re-gearing, just correcting the nose-down look and freeing up fender clearance.
Leaves room to size up later
One of the reasons leveling is so popular is what it sets up down the road. This GX stayed on its factory wheels and tires, but the leveled front end opens clearance to run a larger, more aggressive all-terrain whenever the owner wants to go there — no additional lift required first.
