We gave a Winnebago Solis the works — an Off Highway Vans 3-inch lift, rear Sumo Springs, Black Rhino wheels on BFGoodrich KO2s, a Landed Gear door spare-tire carrier with license relocator, and a Thule Elite Van XT bike rack. Clearance, stability, traction, gear, and a spare, all in one build.
This Solis came through Juggernaut USA in Wheat Ridge (Denver), CO for a complete adventure package. Rather than one upgrade at a time, we did it all at once: the lift and tires for capability, the Sumo Springs for loaded stability, the wheels for looks, and the spare carrier and bike rack for real-world van life. It is the full build — everything a ProMaster camper needs to actually go adventure.

Everything a ProMaster camper needs, at once
Doing a full build in one go means every part is chosen to work together. The lift and KO2s give clearance and traction; the Sumo Springs keep the loaded van stable; the Black Rhino wheels finish the look; and the door spare carrier and Thule bike rack handle the practical side — a reachable spare and a place for the bikes, without blocking the doors.
Capability and stability underneath
The foundation is a 3-inch lift on all-terrains for clearance, plus rear Sumo Springs so the fully-loaded van rides level and controlled. We install rear Sumo Springs for the ProMaster chassis and make aluminum ProMaster underbody armor in-house to protect it all.

Should I build my van all at once or over time?
Doing it together lets every part be spec'd to work as a system — lift, tires, springs, wheels, and gear mounts chosen to fit and complement each other. It also saves on repeated shop time.
Can a Solis carry bikes and a spare?
Yes — a door-mounted spare keeps it reachable, and a rear rack like the Thule Elite Van XT carries bikes without blocking the doors. We fit both to work together.
Can you do a complete build on my camper?
