After having a few customer come into our shop with damage on their low hanging rear generators, we came up with a 1/4" aluminum skid plate that will protect the generator from rocks, road debris and bottoming out on fire roads!
We have tested them on the Ram Winnebago Solis/Travato and Thor Sequence, but should fit any similarly mounted generator!
- Includes hole for easy oil changes on the generator!
- Works for generators that are lower or flush with the existing chassis mounts!
- Easy bolt on installation that clamps to the factory generator mounting bracket. Just need to tighten 4 bolts!
- Only adds 1/4" to the bottom of the generator!
- Powder-coated black for rust and abrasion resistance!
- Weighs around 20lbs!

Installation Guide
All Juggernaut USA skid plates are engineered for true bolt-on installation. No drilling, cutting, or welding is required. Most installations can be completed in 1-2 hours with basic hand tools.

on our 2024 Nova 30C the new L brackets worked great since our Generator does not have the lips. We had to play with it a bit since just mounting the plate to the brackets was against the screw heads on the generator but just barely . so we used one of the other brackets mounted underneath the l Bracker for clearance.. We then mounted it to the following order .bolt,,washer,b,racket,, L bracket, washer and locking nut. We had to also slightly rotate the generator muffler clamp to the pipe to get clearance to mount the skid plate. Your skid plate looks great but we did struggle getting to your recommended torque on tightening the bolts, but I just can't see it ever being a problem. Can't say enough how well your skid plate looks and appears to protect our generator. Let me know if you have any concerns with our installation process.
