We built a Winnebago Solis with an Off Highway Vans 3-inch lift, rear Sumo Springs, and BFGoodrich KO2s — mounted on wheels we powder-coated a bold gold to make it stand out. Capability underneath, a real style statement on the outside.
This Solis came through Juggernaut USA in Wheat Ridge (Denver), CO for a build that is as much about looks as capability. The 3-inch lift and KO2s give it clearance and traction, the rear Sumo Springs keep it stable under load — and the gold powder-coated wheels give it a signature look you will not see on another van at the campsite. We do the powder coating in-house, so the color is exactly what the owner wanted.

We do the coating in-house, so the owner got the exact shade they wanted in a durable, factory-quality finish that holds up to weather and curbs far better than paint. Capability under the color
Under the standout wheels, this is a proper build: the 3-inch lift adds clearance for dirt roads, the KO2s add traction, and the rear Sumo Springs add load stability so the van rides level and controlled. We install rear Sumo Springs for the ProMaster chassis as part of builds like this.
