Build your Gladiator for the trail

The Jeep Gladiator (JT) is the rare midsize truck that can genuinely wheel and haul, and a good build leans into both. Whether you're chasing rock trails, loading it for overland trips, or you just want it sitting right on a set of 37s, the Gladiator responds to a thoughtful build and punishes a lazy one. We build them for how you actually use the truck — on the pavement, on the trail, and with a bed full of gear.

Two things make a Gladiator its own build. First, the bed: load it with gear, a camper shell, or a bed rack and the rear spring rate has to account for that weight, or it rides harsh empty and sags loaded — we spec the rear to how you actually use it. Second, bigger tires: a 37 on a heavy Gladiator dulls the throttle and hurts fuel economy, so once you're past 35s we'll talk through re-gearing to get the power back. Every lift finishes with a post-lift alignment, a steering set, and a speedometer recalibration.

Every Gladiator lift includes

  • Coil lift with track bars and control arms as the height calls for
  • Driveshaft and pinion angles corrected
  • Steering reinforced on bigger tires
  • Rear spring rate matched to how you load the bed
  • Post-lift alignment on every install
  • Speedometer recalibrated for the new tire size
  • Lifetime warranty on the labor

A Gladiator lifts like a Wrangler — plus a bed

The Jeep Gladiator (JT) is built on the Wrangler JL platform, so it has a solid front axle on coil springs and a five-link coil rear — not the leaf springs of a typical midsize truck. That means a real Gladiator lift is coil work: springs or spacers, track bars front and rear, control arms, corrected driveshaft and pinion angles, and steering geometry — done right so it drives straight and doesn't develop a wobble.

The Gladiator's longer wheelbase and the weight of a loaded bed change the rear spring rate compared to a Wrangler, so we spec accordingly. A mild 2 to 2.5-inch lift clears 35s on most trucks; 37s want a taller kit, the right wheel offset, and some trimming. We build every trim — Sport, Overland, Mojave, and Rubicon — include a post-lift alignment, and reinforce the steering on bigger tires.

Why build your Gladiator with us

Every JT Trim
Sport, Overland, Mojave, and Rubicon — we lift them all, and build around the factory hardware (Rubicon lockers and gears, Mojave Fox shocks) instead of throwing it away.
Coil Lift, Done Right
Springs or spacers, track bars front and rear, control arms, and corrected driveshaft and pinion angles — a proper coil lift, not a spacer and a prayer.
35s to 37s
A 2 to 2.5-inch lift clears 35s on most Gladiators; 37s want a taller kit, the right offset, and some trimming. We spec the whole combination.
Steering Reinforced
Bigger tires load up the steering — we reinforce or upgrade the tie rod and drag link and set the geometry so it tracks straight and doesn't wobble.
Built for the Bed
The Gladiator's longer wheelbase and loaded-bed weight change the rear spring rate versus a Wrangler — we spec the rear to how you actually load it.
Lifetime Labor Warranty
Every Gladiator lift is backed by our lifetime warranty on the labor.

Denver Jeep owners, in their words

“I installed a MetalCloak lift kit on my Jeep Gladiator and needed help with the alignment, brake lines, and extending wiring. Another Denver shop quoted an astronomical price; Matt gave me a very reasonable price and a thorough explanation, and I picked my Jeep up the very next day. Drives like a dream — my new go-to shop.”

“We've taken our Jeep Gladiator to Juggernaut twice to work on different elements of our overland build. Their products, services, and customer service have all been outstanding — shoutout to Jake, who helped make our vision a reality. The truck looks awesome.”

“These guys are awesome. Jake walked me through everything I needed and they installed the 3.5-inch MetalCloak lift. They even went above and beyond, fixing an intermittent front turn-signal problem while they had my Jeep. Highly recommend.”
