FORD F-250 SKID PLATES

The F-250 leaves the factory with its most expensive parts hanging in the open. Oil pan, transmission, transfer case and fuel tank all sit below the frame rails with nothing but thin splash shielding in front of them — fine on pavement, not fine on a forest road, a two-track, or a job site with a rock in the wrong place.

Every Juggernaut plate is CNC plasma-cut from 1/4" 5052-H32 aluminum, press-brake formed and powder-coated in our Wheat Ridge, Colorado shop. Aluminum won't rust the way steel does — every scratch in a steel skid is where corrosion starts, and a Super Duty that sees winter roads finds that out. It bolts to factory mounting points with hand tools. No drilling, no welding.

Your engine decides what to armor first. On a 6.7L Power Stroke, the converter is a poor theft target, so the case is impact: oil pan, transmission, fuel tank. On the 7.3L Godzilla gas V8, converter theft is a live risk and the transmission plate that shields it earns its price the first time someone crawls under your truck in a parking lot.

Fits 2020–2026 F-250, gas and diesel. Start with the plate that worries you most and add the rest, or take the full package. Ships in 2–4 business days with a lifetime manufacturer's warranty.

Ford F-250 skid plates

Underbody armor for the 2020–2026 Ford F-250 — engine and transmission, fuel tank, front valance, and the full package. 1/4-inch 5052-H32 aluminum, powder-coated, bolt-on with no drilling, lifetime warranty, made in Colorado. The same plates fit the F-350 and up through the F-600.

Engine choice changes what you should prioritise. A 6.7L Power Stroke diesel converter is a low theft target, so the case for armor is impact protection on the oil pan, transmission and fuel tank. A 7.3L Godzilla gas V8 adds a catalytic converter theft angle worth shielding. Our Super Duty buyer's guide covers both, and the install instructions show the package going on.
