Not every build fits a catalog
Most 4x4 shops bolt on other people's parts. We do that too, but we're also a manufacturer — a full fabrication shop in Wheat Ridge with CNC plasma cutting, press brakes, MIG welding, and in-house powder coating. It's how we design and build our own 1/4-inch aluminum skid plates, and it's how we take on the work a catalog can't: a custom bumper that doesn't exist, a bracket or mount for an odd build, a repair, or a one-off for a rock crawler or overland rig.
We work in steel and aluminum, from a simple weld to a full custom build, and everything we make gets cut, folded, welded, and finished right here. Because it's the same team that engineers our production parts, your one-off is built to last — not just tacked together to get you out the door.

The custom work that comes through the shop runs the gamut. A one-off bumper for a rig nobody makes parts for. A winch or accessory mount that has to clear something specific. A bracket to hang a compressor, a tank, or a battery where there's no room. A repair — a cracked mount, a bent skid, a tab that tore off. A modification to make an off-the-shelf part actually fit. We've built bed racks, tire carriers, prerunner bumpers, and belly armor that started as a sketch on the counter.
Because we engineer and manufacture our own production skid plates, a custom piece gets the same treatment — designed to fit, cut and folded clean, welded strong, and powder-coated to last.
