Which stage — and don't skip the Baja bracket
Van Compass builds in stages, and the right one depends on your van and how it's loaded — higher stages add shock capability and load support for a heavier camper build. We'll match the stage to your actual weight, because a system that rides great on a cargo van will feel underdamped under a fully-built Revel.
The one non-negotiable on any upgraded-shock build is the Baja bracket. The factory Sprinter mounts the top of the rear shock in single shear, and a real valved shock like a Falcon will fatigue and crack that mount over time. The Baja bracket converts it to double shear so the load is carried across the bolt. It's a requirement, not an upsell — we install it as part of every Van Compass rear-shock setup.
