How much lift — and what fits over the Sasquatch
The 6th-gen Bronco (2021+, 2-door and 4-door) is one of the more sophisticated factory 4x4s on the road — independent front suspension with a coilover rear five-link. That's great for ride and articulation, but it means a Bronco lift is about matched shocks, springs, and geometry, not spacers. Where you're starting matters too: a base Big Bend or Black Diamond is a different job than a Sasquatch, which already ships with 35s, Bilstein position-sensitive shocks, and high-clearance fenders.
To clear 37s we go past a simple lift into high-clearance territory — longer shocks, upper control arms or a HOSS-style setup, and fender-liner trimming so the tire clears at full stuff and full lock. Bigger tires also load up the factory steering, and the tie rods are the known weak point on a Bronco on 37s — so we reinforce or upgrade the tie rods and address the steering rack so it holds up to the extra leverage. We set the geometry, keep the ride composed, recalibrate the speedometer for the new tire, and align it before it leaves. Trail-built Broncos also want their underbody protected — ask us about skid plates while it's on the rack.
